If you decide to proceed with our treatment we will schedule the first visit. During this visit, we will work together to establish an agreement, on how and when we will provide our care. This visit will involve eithetr a Physiotherapist (PT) for the assessment and training of our PSW, or just a PSW to assist with the client’s personal needs.
At the entire proces of therapy our client (immediate family upon request) will have access to the entire progres notes of the therapy that will be will be accessible by login at our website.
